On an MRI result - what does stable sized left posterior paracentral disc protrusions at L3-L4 and L4-L5 levels mean? With focus on T2 signal within the left posterior paracentral region of the L4-L5 intervertebral discs suspicious for a small annular tear mean?

Hello,

The description of MRI scan is suggestive of a disc prolapse in the region specified. If the disc protrusion is more then annular tear is seen.
