General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history of feeling of vomiting in the morning but instead you have to go for poop, pain in abdomen , white smell-less discharge, have to lie on sides to avoid pain on laying down.
All your history is indicative of PID, meaning pelvic inflammatory disease.
I would advise you the following:
Get a clinical evaluation done by a General Surgeon and a Gynecologist.
Ultrasonography of the abdomen and other tests of blood, urine, stool, the discharge that you have.
Proper diagnosis will help you to get a proper treatment.
I find this answer helpful
