Your transvaginal ultrasound report in simple language is given below.

Th uterus is in normal position (anteverted). The central portion of uterus, endometrial cavity is measuring 10 mm and this is a normal value. There are no abnormalities in the wall of uterus. The cervix is also normal in appearance.

There is little fluid in the cul de sac. Upto 5 ml fluid is considered normal in this area and usually occurs at the time of ovulation. This is considered a favorable time for conceiving if you want to have a baby.
