What Does Sudden Dizziness Followed By Bright Light In The Field Of Vision Indicate?

So, I was taking a shower when suddenly I got really dizzy. I sat down and I was better, but everytime I tried to stand I got dizzy again. First my ears would feel like they where stuffed with cotten. Then a bunch of bright lights would cover my vision. After that I would feel like I waa on the verge of passing out then and there. I m able to stand now for a few seconds before it starts again, and I was wanting to know what this means...

Hi,

You may be suffering from postural hypotension, which may be aggravated by after taking hot bath.

You better lie down immediately after the attack. Use lower limb compression bandages and use tablet Vertin.

Also, check for 24 hours cardiac monitoring and tilt tablet test, ECG and ECHO.
