Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
My 37 yr old daughter has had a strange painful condition that comes and goes and doesn t seem to have any rhyme or reason. it has been happening for a couple years now. She has pain deep inside both buttocks. It s most painful when she squats down or moves too quickly or is startled. It seems to be worse when she first gets up. She is very active in her job and home life and otherwise is in great health. She rarely sits.
If both buttocks pain, then a doctor may have to examineher for anylocal pain and tendernessin glutei muscles and both hip jointsand tail bone(coccyx).she may try sitz bath like sitting in warm water tub for 15 minutes fthishappens .if some muscle spasm is there it wil ease with sitz bath
