What Does Swelling After Surgery For Underbite Correcting Indicate?

I had Upper Jaw surgery about two weeks ago to correct my underbite. Some of the swelling has receded but now one side is still a bit more inflamated. As I caress my cheeks I feel like there is a loose screw in the inside of one of my cheeks. Its not painful but the swelling wont recede. What is it?

thanks for your query, i have gone through your query, the swelling could be because of secondary infection. if you feel that the screw is moving then you consult your surgeon and get it checked and irrigated once. i hope my answer will help you. take care.
