What Does Swollen Vagina With Dry, Peeling Skin After Having Sex Mean?

hi i had sex about 11 / 20 / 10 .. got my period 12 /01 / 10 .. broke my foot 12 / 08 / 10h had a cast on couldnt take a bath for a coule days . got in the shower on 12/11/10 the next day my left vagina lip swelled up .. the next day it went down now its pelling dry and when i wipe it a little bit of blood what is it ?

Looking to the history given here this could be vaginal infection may be fungal infection and if I would be treating physician of such case then I would treat this case with "Miconazole cream with Neomycin " try to keep the area clean, hope this information helps, have a nice day.
