What Does Tenderness And Pain On The Head Indicate?

I have had tenderness at the crown of my head and a sharp pain with it, and it comes and goes, I take Tylenol and it helps a lot but comes back later on, I hit my head wile working not hard but enough to notice a week ago and had this problem since, any advice?

Please get an x-ray of skull done. Watch out for any danger signs like vomiting, altered sensorium, severe headache.
