What Does Tenderness In Breasts And Nausea After Having Miscarriage Mean?

Had a miscarriage 4 weeks ago when I was 6 weeks along. My beta HCG levels were low 181 at the time of miscarriage. Fast forward to today and I feel tender breast and nausea for the past 3 days. Home pregnancy test positive-(first response). I went to the drs office and there urine high sensitivity test was positive but the low sensitivity test was negative. Feeling very confused if I am pregnant or not.

Hi,

Welcome to HCM.

If your last abortion was a month ago and you are getting a positive pregnancy test, it is most likely pregnancy.

It is better to repeat the test after 7 days to confirm or better still, have an ultrasound done at 5 1/2 to 6 weeks to confirm pregnancy.

Since you have had a recent abortion, I suggest that you exercise extra caution this time. Folic acid tablets, HCG injections and progesterone capsules would be helpful to prevent abortion and help baby growth. They can be obtained after prescription.
