What Does The HCG Test Report Indicate?

Hi Doctor,
My wife had an HSG test done and the following is the report:
Uterus is normal in size and shape, but persistent lucencies seen adjacent to right corune and towards cervical canal may be synaechie SOL.
Right fallopian tube is possibly blocked or adhered at the fimbriall end showing no spill.
Left side shows features of hydrosalphinx having good spill may be noted.
Could you kindly help me understaning what this report means and what are the possible treatment for thes ame?

Hi, dear. I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. your reports suggest that you have either adhasion or some mass lesion in the uterus near cervical canal and cornue. Mass lesion may be simple fibroids or may be some other cause. Moreover your fallopian tube is also blocked. It may be due to some pelvic inflammatory disease or some other cause.so overall you have abnormal finding in your uterus and fallopian tube. Consult your gynecologist and take treatment accordingly.
