What Does The MRI Result Indicate?

I have a small interstitial tear at the origin of the common flexor tendon of medial elbow with adjacent soft tissue swelling. Also the ligament of Osborne has scarred and my ulnar nerve is mildly enlarged and edematous. This was found on MRI on 11/20. See my ortho in f/u on Dec 2nd. I had a tough night last night sleeping due to pain. What should I do?
