Hi sir I am XXXX. 28 years old I am suffering from severe neck pain I done MRI scan report reveals that c3-c7 early multilevel diffuse disc bulge minimally indenting the thecal sac .C3-c7 early spondylo dengenerative changes. What does it mean and tell me about the best treatment .is this condtion is curable please reply sir

Cannot say in your particular case. However, generally, if a disk hits a nerve, the nerve will hurt in particular ways.
