Urologist 's  Response
Hello Welcome to HCM..
I thank you for posting your query here and I'm definitely going to help you out to understand your urine report..

I being a surgeon, we encounter so many such cases day in and day out..
I read your question completely and have understood it well enough..

I will analyze all your points and provide necessary explanation and how to go about..

1. Yellow and slightly turbid
This is seen in dehydration most commonly.
Also, noted if bilirubin is excreted in urine. This happens during jaundice.

2. Specific gravity is normal, nothing to worry..

3. Protein, glucose, ketone all negative and I congratulate you on this.
Normal!

4. Urobilinogen 3.2 is of slight concern. Usually, even this should be absent.
Presence indicates jaundice again..

5. Hemoglobin, nitrate essentially normal.

6. Rbc is little on higher side. Normally it should be below 5.
Your 6 value is OK.

7. Wbc or leucocyte is normal..
Moderate bacteria, epithelial cells indicates contamination.

8. CA Oxalate is normal..

Suggest you these things..
A. Get your LET, liver function tests done.
B. Suggest Urine culture in case you have urinary tract infection

Hope this helps you, and in case you need any further assistance, please let me know.
Take care and God bless.
