What Does The Abundant Epithelial Cells Indicate Based On The Report?

good day doc! im a female 21 years old.and i just have my urinalysis result and the result is: WBC/hpf = 8-10, Epith.cells/hpf = ABUNDANT, Mucus threads = FEW, Bacteria = MODRATE, Amorphous = FEW..what does these results mean? because i dont feel any pain at all while urinating??please help me..thank you very much
