What Does The Complete Blood Count Test Report Indicate?

Well I went with my son to pediatrician, he checked his CBC and was told that they were abnornomal. Such as WBC=3.9 Lym=1.7 GRA%= 51.2 RBC=6.36 HGB= 17.9 HCT= 58.0 MCV=91.3 RDW%=15.9 PLT=138 MPV=8.5 What does that mean? By the way he is 3 years old with tricuspid atresia stenosis. Please help me

Thanks for the query.
For 3 year old-
WBC count is on lower side.
Platlet is also on lower side.
Haemoglobin and haematochrit are on higher side (may be due to dehydration).

Rest not significant.

I would like know that is there any fever or dehydration?
Viral fever or bacterial infection may cause such abnormal counts.
