What Does The Discharge After Masturbation Indicate?

4 months ago I was tested for Chlamydia and Gonorrhea because my testicles were in pain. Tested negative. I was given antibiotics both times, one week long treatments. Pain eventually went away. Tested for... Chlamydia about 3 weeks ago and I was positive. Took azithromycin and all my symptoms went away besides the Balanitis. I tested for hepatitis, herpes, hiv, chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis...All negative. I still have the balanitis. I took a flucanozole pill and that didn t do anything besides make my anus stop itching. I was told to use hydrocortisone and put it on the areas that were irritated. And now it s very inflamed more so than it was before. The whole tip of my penis is very red and swollen. After I masturbated today there was a clear sticky discharge about 2-3 minutes afterwards. Not sure what to do. Any ideas? NGU maybe? Nothing seems to make it better.

I understand your concern.
From your description, it appears that your infection of urogenital tract has not subsided completely. This could be because of having mixed infection and resistance to antibiotics being used.
Kindly get a culture and sensitivity test done from your urethral secretions. Based on the report, you need to take an appropriate course of antibiotics.
Kindly abstain from sexual activities till the symptoms subside completely.
