What Does The Following CECT Thorax Report Indicate?

my cousin brother was detected ( as per CECT THORAX report - a small well defined rounded mildy enhancing mass lesion measuring app. 3.6X2.3X4.0 cm with smooth margin noted in middle lobe of right lung adjacent to right hlia) when sample was obtained from 8 mm contiguous axial section of throax in helical modebefore and after I/V contrast, 1.5 & 3 mm axial , coronal & sagittal reconstruction was done.second observation is that heterogeneously enhancing lymph nodes at subcarinal ( 3.8 mm), precarinal ( 2.9 mm) , right paratracheal ( 1.9 mm) & prevascular region ( 1.02 mm) noted.
