What does this FNAC report suggest? The highly cellular smear shows abundant round to spindle shaped cells against hemorrhagic background. The individual cells are round to spindle shaped with mild irregular nuclear membrane and inconspicuous nucleoli.

The given FNAC report is suspicious of malignancy or cancer.
Consult your treating doctor for further evaluation which may also include a biopsy or CT scan to rule out cancer.
