What Does The Following HIV Test Report Suggest?

Dear Dr, My wife is undergoing various tests related to pregnancy and as part of that she had undergone test for Human Immunodeficiency Virus 1 & 2 (HIV - ELISA) Specimen-Serum. Notes in the report says This is a sandwich ELISA detecting antibodies to multiple antigens of HIV. The ELISA test detects antiHIV antibodies after seroconversion. Reference-Infectious diseases.Gorbach SL.3rd Edn.2004.pg959 The results were published within one day. Should we consider this test genuine? This test is done in reputed hospital chain in Bangalore. We are married for 5 Yrs now. We have not seen any one else since then. However I had once got close to another women 10 Yrs ago. I never bothered since I had condom at that time and do not remember any symptom of infection. After seeing this test in my wife medical report, I actually started thinking of because of my old contact. I am writing here because I feel I am seeing symptoms like psoriasis and my stomach is upset and started seeing yeast on my tongue. Doctor gave me Pan 40 since he finds indigestion as reason after observing my tongue. This could also be a classic case of my anxiety that I am increasingly worried since its exactly 10 yrs now. Should we worry now? I saw two doctors and asked them to check if my tongue is showing signs of candida as many blogs indicate this as one of the HIV symptos. Both did not ask me to take any action apart from taking healthy fruit juices and good timely diet
