i am fully fit person of 23 years . hepatitis B virus have come in my blood. i have conducted following tests.

HBs Ag reactive

HBs Ab non reactive

HBe Ag non reactive

HBe Ab reactive

ALT 42 NORMAL IS 25-40

PLEASE tell me about my condition.

Incomplete data like details of liver function tests and serological tests for viral hepatitis, etc.

The result of the given lab tests is suggestive of viral B hepatitis.
Hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) is an indicator of active infection whereas Hepatitis B e antibody (HBeAb) is an indicative of active replication of the virus in the liver.

I advise you to consult a gastroenterologist for further evaluation and certain lab tests, an abdominal ultrasound and depending upon the result possible treatment with antiviral medications.
