What Does The Following Brain MRI Report Indicate?

After a brain MRI for frequent headaches, my wife s neurologist came back with these findings. There is a mild lobulated mucosal thickening involving the caudal aspect of the right maxillary antrum. As well as this impression.. Mild right maxillary antral chronic inflammatory change. Please translate this into something that the general non medical person (me) can understand. Thank you so much! Hello

MRI findings suggests changes of chronic sinusitis.
Chronic infection is indicated by mucosal thickening of right maxillary sinus.
Sinusitis may be the reason for headache.

Besides clinical correlation, you need control of sinusitis.Sinusitis is generally associated with allergy,so allergy should also be controlled if you have it.
You may need topical steroid and decongestant therapy.
Need of operation should also be evaluated.
You should consult ENT specialist.
