What Does The Following Doppler Test Report Indicate?

My wife is into 13 weeks of pregnancy. In her recent Doppler reports , it shows her Left Ut Artery figures as RI- 0.82, PI- 2.41. higher than normal with notching . Right UT Artery figures are normal though. It also states Low Placental formation .. Please suggest if there are any specific DOs/ Don ts?

Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Increased uterine artery doppler indices and notching the uterine artery in early trimester is a sign of high risk of developing pre eclampsia and intrauterine growth retardation in the fetus. She needs to take aspirin 75 mg once a day to increase the blood flow to the fetus, to decrease the risk of intrauterine growth retardation in fetus.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
