What Does The Following Pelvic Ultrasound Report Indicate?

Hi doctor... my husband and i are trying to conceive. Both of my ovaries are polycystic, my uterus is anteverted and a myoma measuring to 3.19x2.82x2.65 is seen. My ob dr gave me duphaston for 3 mos to help regulate my monthly period. I am now taking fertyl (clomephene citrate) and had a tvs. The resul of mu tvs is as follows: Uterus: 5.39x5.80x4.44cm, endometrium: 1.10cm, triple.line, cervix: 2.90x2.61cm without nabothian cyst, right ovary: 4.35x3.44cm, left ovary: 2.70x1.54cm Comment: the prev seen myoma nodule at the anterior lower segment (prev noted at the posterior lower segment) is still noted now measuring 4.14x3.30x2.74cm. The endometrium is thick and trilaminar with intact subendometrial halo. Within the left ovary is a thin-walled, unilocular anechoic cystic srructure measuring 2.02x1.97x1.19cm. Similar cystic structures are also seen within the right ovary measuring 3.19x2.95x2.51cm and 3.02x2.73x2.54cm. Minimal free fluid at the posterior cul-de-sac. Conclusion: Normal sized anteverted uterus with thick trilaminar endometrium compatible with ovulatory ohase of the mens cycle. Small myoma nodule as described. Cystic structures within both ovaries as described, benign classification based on IOTA scoring system, probably cystic follicles. What does this mean? Thank you.
