What Does The Following Pelvic Ultrasound Report Indicate?

hi. I had a pelvic ultrasound.they find that the endometrium demonstrates mild internal vascularity, correlate with stage of menstrual period. no uterine mass is detective. trace endocervical fuild is present. what does that mean? i dont undestand those medical terms. thank you so much for you help

It is normal finding and it means that there are no tumors or suspicious masses in uterus and endometrium is of normal look for this point of menstrual cycle. So all in all there is nothing to be worried and further tests are required.
