Welcome to health care magic.

1.The report suggests that there is a cystic structure in your right ovary.
2.That shows internal echoes - seen when fluid is turbid in nature, i could be blood or infective cyst.
3.Follicle can be one of the differential, but it is generally with out internal echoes.
4.Right ovary seen bulky due to presence of the cystic structure.
5.In this case there is no treatment needed at the moment - needs to followup and measurement is followed and needful action can be taken accordingly.

Good luck.
Hope i have answered your query,
