Your findings may suggest urinary tract infection(UTI) with mildly raised renal function tests. UTI is indicated by excess pus cells and RBC in urine. Epithelial cells are normally found in urine. RBC and albumin + may be related to UTI.
You need proper clinical examination and routine investigations. Investigations include routine hemogram, random blood sugar, ultrasound of abdomen, urine culture/sensitivity.
Proper antibiotics should be based upon culture and sensitivity report. Nitrite test and leukocyte esterase test can be done for confirmation of urinary tract infection. Drink plenty of water. I also suggests alkalyzing syrups to my patients.
You may need follow up renal function test and diet restrictions due to mildly raised renal function test.
Get well soon. Take Care Dr.Indu Bhushan
