What Does The Following Test Result Of Uterus Indicate?

Hello I 30 years old the uterus is normal and an adverted. it measures : 08.12 X 04.466 X 04.66 cms. the myometrial echogenicity is mormal. the amdometrial thickness is 23 mm. no focal lesions are seen both the overies are bulkyt in size & polycystic in echotexture

The bulky ovaries with polycystic nature and increased thickness of endometrium are suggestive of Polycystic ovarian syndrome.
The symptoms would be irregular periods, altered menstrual flow, overweight etc.,
There can be associated thyroid abnormalities and can cause problem in conception..
Do consult a gynecologist for advice and take the necessary treatment..
