Welcome to Health care magic.

It looks like some pathology since birth - small sized uterus / hypo plastic uterus is seen in the congenital anomalies.

Bilateral filling of the tubes are seen normally with out spillage - if there is no spillage means there is no passage for egg cells to meet with the sperm ( on both sides)

An ultrasound pelvis will give the status of the ovaries and there volume, and follicular study if ovaries are functional - that will help if interventional procedure is done.

The report is positive - bilateral tubal block with hypo plastic uterus.

Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
