The urine report of your father suggest that he is suffering from urinary tract infection and alonge with that either he has tendency to develope urinary stone disease or he might already have developed it.
Go for urine culture and sensitivity testing and also ultra sonography of the abdomen and after that visit your doctor for further treatment.
Your father should Drink plenty of fluids orally and avoid spinach, cucumber and tomato.
