Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

According to the reports 11 X 13 mm illdefined hypoechoic nodule in fundo-posterior wall of uterus may be fibroid.Fibroid is the benign tumour of the uterus.
Treatment of fibroid uterus is both conservative and surgical depending upon many things like age, family is completed or not, symptoms etc.
Nabothian cyst in the cervix are developmental age related cysts and doesn't require any treatment.
You should consult your gynecologist.
Hope i have answered your query.

Take Care
