What Does The Scan Report Say?

i'm 10 weeks ahead. urine report says negative. scan report says uterus is anteverted. it measures - 63x36x27mms.Normal myometrial echoes. Endometrial echoes normal.ET-4.3mms. Cervics appears normal.
no free fluied collection seen in cul-de-sac.
Is this reports I'm pregnant

Thanks for writing to HCM

According to reports you are not pregnant at present.
Uterus is normal in size and homogeneous in echotexture.
Endometrial thickness is also normal.
No e/o free fluid in POD.
Cervix also appears normal.
