There is single intrauterine live fetus with cephalic presentation(means fetal head is towards maternal pelvis).
Fetal cardiac activity is 141 beats/min.
Placenta is in fundo anterior wall of the uterus.
Liquor volume is adequate in amount.
Cervix length is also normal.
