What Does The Semen Analysis Report Indicate?
hi doctor, i went through the semen analysis and the results as follows
Apperance: Grey WHite, Reaction : Alkaline, Volume 3.0ml, pH 8.0,Viscocity & Liquefaction time 30min, motility(1/2 hour) active:occ,sluggish:10, non motile 90.
Motility (1 Hour) active: Nil, Sluggish:8 , Non Motile:92, total sperm count 42%. total ejaculate sperm count: 126.
Morphology : Noramal Forms : 10 & Abnormal forms 90%.
Agglutination of sperms is +.
Could you please explain whats the conclusion of the test .

Your semen analysis report suggests decreased sperm count with excess abnormal sperm(means abnormal morphology).
Normally at least 55 % sperms should be motile and at least 16 % sperm should have normal morphology.
You should do exercise and take nutritious food.
You should avoid tight underpants.
Avoid cigarettes and alcohol if you take these things.
If low sperm motility and abnormal sperms persists then you may need assisted fertilization techniques like IUI,ICSI.
Sperm count is normal.
Get well soon.
