General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Your sperm count and motility are absolutely normal. But there is presence of plenty of pus cells and red blood cells in the report.

So I suggest you investigate with semen culture report, Ultrasonography of abdomen and pelvis with special focus on prostate and seminal vesicle and urine analysis report for further workup.

You might have prostatitis or seminal vesiculitis. So it should be treated with an antibiotic course.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Parth Goswami, General & Family Physician
