What Does The Semen Analysis With PH 8 Indicate?

Sir, my semen analysis report are- pH =8 alkaline, sperm count= 90, Rapid progressive motility=30, Slow progressive motility=30 , Non progressive motility=20 , Non motility sperms =20, Live Sperms=60 .What are the chances of me having a child . My age is 32 years. Please sir advice me how can l have a child.

Thanks for query.
Based on the report of your semen analysis that you have posted I would state that Ph of 8 of your semen is alkaline in nature which is what is required for sperms to survive when is semen is deposited in vagina which secretes fluid which is acidic in nature .Alkaline nature of semen counteracts acidic vaginal secretion and thus prevents sperms from being killed .

Rest of the all parameters like sperm count ,motility of sperms ,and morphology are well within accepted range of WHO standards to result in to pregnancy by natural means .
