What Does The Stool Report Mean?

my 19 months baby boy (weight: 11.350kg) sometime passes red mucus or small blood clot in his stoll from last 4-5 months his stool report says pus cells occasional and epithelial cells occasional. blood report says Haemoglobin is 10.40, Haemotocrit(PCV) is 31.9%, MCV 67.73fl, MCH 22.08Pg, RDW 14.8% , Lymphocytes 60%, platelets 426000/cu mm . what does it means?
