What Does The Stool Test Result Indicate?

My child is 7 month old, for the past 4 days he used to go motion 3 times a day, so doctor advised to have stool examination and the results give as presence of reducing substances, presence of occult blood, pus cells, RBC, epithelial cells, mucus. what i have to do now

that shows infection of the gut.use syrup flagyl one tsf thrice daily for 7 days,syrup zincat od one tsf daily for 14 days,ors.it ll do hopefuly.
