Hy findings in my transvaginal ultrasound. The uterus is normal in size measuring 5.1x3.3x4.4. The echotexture of the uterus is heterogenous possibility of a myometrial mass cannot be excluded. A small calcific focus. Is noted in the fundal region of the uterus.the endometrial lining measures 0.7 cm in thickness. The right and left ovaries are normal in size. The right ovary meadures 1.8x1.2x2.8 cm a 7x7 mm cyst with possible septation is noted in the right ovary. The left ovary measures 1.4x1.7x2.0 cm. A 8x8x8 mm cyst is seen in the left ovary. No free fluid is noted in the pelvis. I wish to know what this results means because I'm very sick with my abdomen really big like pregnant women with 5 months. Diarrea please help me thank you. I' don't have my period for 4 years because in 2009 my doctor remove one uterine fybroma and endometrial ablation.

Hi,
Thanks for choosing healthcaremagic.
The size of your uterus and ovaries are not big. In fact they are slightly smaller than the average size. I think you might be around 45-50 years old and approached menopause so you're not getting periods. This can cause uterus and ovaries to become atrophic. The smaller cysts in ovaries are not abnormal. Only if the size is more than 2 cms it is considered abnormal.
Myometrium is heterogenous because of aging. The appearance can become heterogenous.
Your diarrhea and abdominal bloating is not related to your uterus/ovaries. There is no problem with your pelvic organs.
I guess you might have some intestinal problem so you should consult a gastroenterologist for the same.
Hope it sorts your problem and wishing you a speedy recovery.
