What Does The Upper Abdomen Ultrasound Report Suggest?
I had an ultrasound of the upper abdomen recently. The radiologist recommended a CT of the abdomen. He found that I had hydro nephrosis of the right kidney and dilatation of the common bile duct. I had not experienced pain but once after eating a fatty meal. I have high blood pressure and made the mistake of taking a decongestant and elevated my blood pressure and heart rate. My blood pressure is now maintained. I am scared to think what is happening.

It is dilatation of common bile duct or ureter? Because hydroneohrosis of kidney and dilatation of common bile duct both are different things.
