Dear- Thanks for using our service and will try to help you with my medical advise. It looks that you have calcium oxalate sandy urine that might be related to presence of small kidney stone or overproduction of this material that can create a stone. I advise you to drink at least 32 onz of water every day, avoid carbonated drinks and calcium supplements. The painful urination is secondary to the presence of this sandy material in the urethra which produces an irritation of the area without a bacterial infection.
I hope my advise will be helpful
Feel free to contact me for any medical advise.
