What Does The Urinalysis With PH 5 Indicate?

Hi good day.. I had Blood in m y urine evrytime i pee in last drop of it there Blood and it hurt me a lot,,, this Is m y firt time i feel it... And now i got my urinalysis test,,, color: light yellow charasteristic: slighty turbid ph:5.0 wbc: 15-20 rbc: 0-2 epithelial celle: few mucus threads: rare bacteria: few urates: few sugar: negative protein:négative

Hi, you are most probably having urinary tract infectection involving urinary baldder and urethra. High WBC suggest it but the bacterial are few. So the most common cause for it is chlamydia. The empirical treatment would be a single dose of Tab. Azithromycin 1000mg stat better if taken before going to sleep. It is also advisable that you give urine for culture and sensitivity and take the antibiotics as per the reports.

Hello

Urine analysis findings may suggest urinary tract infection(UTI).
UTI is indicated by slightly turbid appearance of urine and presence of WBC,occasional RBC and few bacteria in urine.
Few mucus threads are normally found in urine.

You need proper clinical examination and routine investigations.
Investigations include routine hemogram,random blood sugar,renal function test,ultrasound of abdomen,urine culture/sensitivity.

Proper antibiotics should be based upon culture and sensitivity report.
Nitrite test and leukocyte esterase test can be done for confirmation of urinary tract infection.
Drink plenty of water.
I also suggests alkalyzing syrups to my patients.
