What Does The Urinalysis With Pus Cells 1-3/HPF Indicate?

Hi, I am 23 years male. I feel Pain in leftloin and left lower chest. My doctor suggested two following tests: 1. Urine R/E and Occult RBC and 2. X-ray thoracolumbar spine.
My X-ray report is normal.
Urine Report says:
Pus cells - 1-3/HPF
Epithelial Cells - 1-4/HPF
Crystal - Calcium Oxalate Present(+)
Micro Organism - Present
What happend to me?? Please help
