Hello dear
Understand your concern
Your urine analysis report suggests you are suffering from urinary tract infections (glomerulonephritis, kidney infections, cystitis) with proteinuria
Compare your report with normal urine report:
Color: Yellow
transparency: Clear__________________turbid
pH: 4.5-8
Specific gravity – 1.005-1.025
Glucose - ≤130 mg/d
Blood: ≤3 RBCs
Protein:≤150 mg/d__________________positive
RBCs:≤2 RBCs/hpf_______________________________positive
WBCs:≤2-5 WBCs/hpf________________normal
Squamous epithelial cells: ≤15-20 squamous epithelial cells/hpf
Crystals:Occasionally
Bacteria:None_________moderate

You should consult the urologist and also need urine culture test that required for specific antibiotic treatment and USG scan to identify other abnormality.
Take following advice
Drink plenty of waters, tablet septran with nitrozolium, urine alkalizer like potassium citrate, maintain pelvic hygiene, avoid sex till you get better,
Drink juice of cranberry, papaya, and orange, always empty the bladder completely.
Take specific antibiotic after culture report and take full course of antibiotics to prevent recurrence.
Hope this may help you
Best regards
Dr. Sagar
