What Does These Urine Test Results Indicate?

Dear Doctor my dad years of age his routine urine shows epithelial cells 3-5hpf
pus cells 60-80hpf
rbc 2-3 hpf

we just gave hime a course of colistin for 5 days as in culture his klebsiella pnemoniae shows senstivity towards that but his pus cells are still there.but his rbc are reduced from12-14 to 3-5

please suggest

Hello,

Heavy urinary infection indicated by the presence of 60 to 80 pus cells/hpf. Your dad need further precise care in form of continuous antibiotic (intravenous preferable) with hydration maintenance.
