What Does These Values Of SGOT And SGPT Indicate Inspite Of Having Normal Healthy Life?

dear doctor, I am kushal aged 20 years, male. Recently i ve done regular blood tests on27th of Feb 14,my blood uric acid is 7.5 and SCOT IS 50. My family doctor referred repeat LFT test. On 5th march my uric acid is same and SGOT is 577 and SGPT is increased to 162 and total bilirubin is 1.6 which are normal before. Again I ve tested on 6th SGOT is 372 and SGPT is 130,HBsAG is -ve, HCV is 0.024 and in PT test-control is 15,index is 107, INR is 0.93. I am having normal life routine without any health complaints. There are no symptoms of any illhealth. Can you please clear my problem please.

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. SGOT and SGPT are the liver enzymes. Their level increased in livrr damage. It can be due to alcohol, drugs, toxin or hepatitis. You should go for complete liver function test and ultrasound abdomen.
It will give you exact diagnosis.
