What Does This ECG Report Signify:incomplete Right Bundle Branch Block Otherwise Normal ECG, In A 15 Years Old Child?

My 15 yr old son had a fainting spell in school and 2 dizziness episodes......my paediatrician asked for an ECG.....i t states "incomplete right bundle branch block otherwise normal ECG ". I am really worried....what does that mean....how can it be treated ?

History of fainting along with incomplete RBB may be some arrhythmia,missed beats , ectopics etc.
Requires cardiologist consultation for further detailed evaluation.
