What Does This MRI Report Indicate?

Lf should dislocation - MRI shows tear of the inferior capsule and large tear of superior labrum, and depressed fracture of anterior inferior glenoid. Follow up apt. is not for 14 days - is it safe to wait that long? Arm has been in immobilizer splint for two weeks already.

There is injury to shoulder joint with tear of ligaments and support. There is requirement of surgical repair. Delay will lead to fibrosis. Better to get evaluated soon.
