What Does This MRI Report Of Prostate Indicate?

Following a prostate MRI finding where: Lymphadenopathy: No enlarged lymph nodes. Very small nonspecific lymph nodes are seen in the right internal obturator a internal iliac chains, measuring 0.4 cm. Does it mean cacner has spread to Lymphadenopathy?
