hi can you translate this to laymans terms...cevical levoscoliosis mid/lower cervical degen disc change, central c4-c5 disc bulge with anterior cord invagination and posterior cord displacement, central right c6 c7 spondyliotic change which abuts the rt anterior cord. no significant cervical spinal canal or foraminal stenosis. age 54 ht 5'6" wt 198 also c/o nausea
