The entire endometrial cavity is distended with T1 hypointense, T2 hyperintense lobulated mass with small amount of surrounding fluid. The endometrila thickness measures up to 2.1cm. The endometrial mass shows enhancement on post -gadolinium sequences. This lesion shows restricted diffusion. There is focal myometrial extension in to the right superolateral aspect of the uterus ( approximately 50% myometrial wall involvement). There is a normal enhancement pattern to the ovarian/adnexal regions bilaterally. There are a few subcentimeter sized lymph node along the bilateral external iliac vessels and bilateral inguinal regions: not enlarged by size criteria. They have a preserved fatty hilum with normal cortical enhancement. No restricted diffusion is seen.
